Welcome to the Urban Trailblazer Summer 2025 Interest Form! We are excited for Summer 2025 and are looking forward to all the amazing adventure and fun we are going to have.

To be eligible you must:

Be currently enrolled in the 6th, 7th, or 8th grade
Attend a public middle school in San Francisco Unified School District, Sausalito Marin City School District, or San Rafael City Schools
Be committed to attending daily sessions in person
Attend and complete the 7 week Summer Session: Tuesday - Friday, 9:30am - 3:00pm

Summer Session: June 17th - August 1st
Parent & Student Orientation: Saturday, May 17th, 2025, Time TBD
